In order that Pepper can continue to fund the Pepper Nursing Service, we need to raise over £300,000 a year which is currently raised by voluntary donations and fundraising activities.

Nationally, only 18% of Hospice costs are funded by the government, therefore the deficit has to be raised by other means which is why Pepper needs your help.

Donations are made easy through payroll giving
If your company has a payroll giving scheme, then this is a simple tax-efficient way to make a regular donation to Pepper. For every £1 you give from your net ‘take home’ pay, Pepper will receive £1.28 because we can receive your donation tax-free.

Gift Aid
If you are a UK taxpayer your gift can be increased by nearly a third. Whatever donation you give, and in whatever form (cash, cheque, credit card, standing order etc.), all you need do is make a declaration on the adjacent form that you wish for the money to be treated as a Gift Aid donation. Pepper will then be able to reclaim the tax paid on your donation and for every £1 you give, Pepper will be able to reclaim a further 28p.

Leave a legacy
You can continue to help suffering children in the future by remembering The Pepper Foundation in your will. Please, if you can, and after making provision for your family and friends, do consider leaving a legacy to Pepper in your will. Any sum given, however large or small, will be invested effectively for the benefit of children with serious illnesses.
