Mile a day in May!
Feeling a bit sluggish after lockdown? Not quite in the mood to go back to the gym yet? Well with the weather getting better maybe it’s time to get outside and enjoy the great outdoors!
We are challenging you to take on ‘Mile a day in May’. Do a mile (or more) every day in May and raise funds for The Pepper Foundation. It doesn’t matter how you achieve those miles – walk, run, or cycle (crawl?!) your way out of lockdown while supporting an amazing local charity.
