The Pepper Foundation is delighted to be part of Global’s Make Some Noise Emergency Appeal.
During these strange and unprecedented times, small charities like ours have struggled. With the cancellation of our biggest fundraisers and events, innovating how we raise funds for the Children’s Hospice at Home Team became one of our top priorities.Thankfully, there has been some absolutely amazing support shown to us from our community, supporters and organisations. Just like Global’s Make Some Noise – who have kindly included The Pepper Foundation in their Emergency Appeal!
What is the Emergency Appeal?
Global’s Make Some Noise is the official charity of Global, home to some of the UK’s biggest radio brands including Heart, Capital, Classic FM, Smooth, LBC, Radio X, Capital XTRA and Gold. The Emergency Appeal from Global’s Make Some Noise will help those hit hardest by coronavirus in our communities, as explained in their fantastic video:
Make Some Noise works across the country identifying community need and funding small charities that are making a real difference to people’s lives. Coronavirus has impacted so many lives, in so many different ways, but the most vulnerable are struggling to cope.
The money raised from the Emergency Appeal will support small charities across the country helping those experiencing grief, poverty, domestic abuse, loneliness, illness and mental health problems. These organisations are needed more than ever, both on the frontline now and in months to come, as demand for their services increases.
On Friday 19th June, all of Global will be coming together to raise money to help those hit hardest by coronavirus in our communities. It would be wonderful if you could tune in to support them, The Pepper Foundation and the number of charities they are supporting in midst of this crisis. Global’s Make Some Noise will also actively raising funds for this campaign across their social media platforms and you can find their profiles below:
